I do not know...,
"CLOUD"
Cloud's head was lowered in shame when Tifa arrived. He just thought that he was hearing voices again....He didn't answer her....Tifa would see the change in his face....The expressions....He believed that she was dead.....Cloud never lifted his head up to her.....Sephiroth did accomplish one thing....He made Cloud believe that she was gone.....Cloud's heart was hard and blackened now.....There was no love to show....He was giving up on everything.

Sephiroth just standed there, leaning agaisnt the rock with his arms crossed, Masamune was nowhere to be seen. Sephiroth smirked as he felt a very familiar presence climbing the mountain. It was the girl... She made it this far with all the wounds Sephiroth inflicted on her. She is persistent, I'll give her that... Although things are going according to plan...[/i], Sephiroth tought to himself as he smirked.
After a while she was finally at the top of the mount, she shouted Cloud's name, but he didn't answer to her call. Sephiroth rose an eyebrow, he had really given up all... Maybe he needed a little "pick me up"... Sephiroth desappeared for a second. He teleported behind Tifa and with his cold voice he said Like I said... He came here alone... He couldn't control it. And now look at what happened to him..., Sephiroth grabbed her by the throat, it wasn't hard due to the fact that she was so bruised and wounded. Then he walked to the edge of the mount and holded her there, he looked down and tried to find a spot where she would land safetly. he found a huge pile of snow. Smirking he said to Tifa, Cloud is feeling a bit down... Why don't you go help him?... and with a last smirk he let the girl's neck slip through his fingers.
The distance wasn't so big, plus the snow will soften her fall. Sephiroth teleported to the place he once was, leaned agaisnt the rock with his arms crossed.

"Cloud..." He didn't lift his head to look at her why? Tifa turned to Sephiroth with anger and hatred in her eyes. "YOU!!!" She lifted her hand to punch him but just then Sephiroth teleported behind Tifa and grabbed her by the throat.
Tifa gasped in pain she was really in no shape to keep up with Sephiroth or dodge any of his moves. "Let go of me" she yelled as she struggled to get herself free but it was no use.
She saw then Sephiroth walk over to the edge. Was Sephiroth going to throw her? If she fell in her condition she would surly die was that what he wanted. "LET GO... CLOUD" but it was too late and she felt.
She grunted in pain. Surprisingly she was still alive was that because she landed on the pile of snow. She lifted her head to find Cloud in front of her. "Cloud its me..." She said slowly standing up and stumbled as she walked over to him.

Cloud's mind was cut off from the reality around him....He didn't even know what had just happened....That Tifa was thrown off the cliff.....But she survived.....And now that she was back beside him.....What was going on in his mind....? No one knew.....It was like lights were on but no one was home.....By this time Cloud was laying now on his back....His eyes never blinked....It was like he was alive but dead inside....His whole body was completely still....Nothing could snap him out of this.....He kept hearing a voice though. And seeing some thing....That was a bit blurry...It was female he could make that out....But he was still lost in his thoughts...His own pain....

"You kept your promise....It's alright....."
Cloud smiled at her......

Another flash he was back to this time......Tears ran down his cheeks.....
"T...Tifa....Wh...Where are you?"]/color] He asked very weakly.....

Sephiroth stood there leaned agaisnt the rock a few steps away from Cloud. He was looking up at the sky. He didn't know what Cloud was thinking... He didn't understand why Tifa sacrificed herself over and over again... Sephiroth didn't understand anything about "feeling" and things like that... He couldn't feel a thing. He smirked and returned his attention to Cloud and the girl.
He wondered what kind of a bond she had with Cloud, he never saw someone care about another this much... But it really didn't matter.
Sephiroth was quiet, he didn't even move when she went over to Cloud... It was all working out, his plan was in motion and the girl was doing what she was expected to do... His cold, green, catlike eyes looking at them both. Did she realized that if Sephiroth wanted, both of them would be dead?...

Tifa slowly made her way to Cloud but her strenght was gone after making it all the way here she didn't have any enerfy left. "Cloud..." Tifa heard him call her name. Didn't he hear her or see her. She saw the tear running down his cheek and foreced hersef to take another few steps till she was standing next to him.
"I am here... by your side just like I promised I would be... Cl... Cloud I am here" Tifa muttered out as she kneled down slowly and placed her hand on Cloud's. Would he sense her now? A few tears roled down her cheeck as she held Cloud's hand tighter in hers. "Cloud please look at me" She hoped he would hear her now that she was this close to him.

He was still starring up at the night sky that had been blinded by dark snow clouds. He felt that touch. The one he knew he would never feel again. Her touch. Was she really there? Or was this all in his head?
"T...Tifa...?"
He had to be sure it was her....Sephiroth could be playing another trick with his mind. To make him believe that she was there. He was so weak right now. He wanted to just give up and die......
