There has been no magic in Certus for thousands and thousands of years. No one believes in it. A constant reign of darkness covers the land.

There is no light here, the sun only shining for one day every ten years. That day is a cursed day for those living in Certus as everyone is blinded by the light.

They are people of the moon,
they have all been shaped and
morphered by their hatred of the light.

It doesn't make them evil just that they only believe in what they can see, hear, touch, smell and taste.

The war that rages across the land has taught people one thing, you can't trust anyone although sometimes you might come across someone who is willing to hope for a better world when no one else has, someone who is tired of the never ending war.
