~Character Info~
Name: Auron
Age: Appears to be in his late 20's, early 30's
World: Spira/ Underworld
Gender: Male
Race: Human/ Spirit
Job: Ex-Guardian
Alignment: Good
Side: Light
Appearance:
Over-All/ Facial:
[/b]Auron certainly has a presence that can easily scare children and even some adults. He is tall, and has a lean tone, although it doesn't show under his heavy clothing. He has a 'pointed' face, as it shows on his cheeks and his chin. His skin is slightly tan, although it doesn't show much.
Auron has dark brown eyes. His eye-brows are a mix of brown and black, although it's mostly black. He has short hair that is solid black. The front of his hair is spiked to the top, and his back hair is slightly spiked to the end. The right side of Auron's face suffers from a scar that goes from his right cheek to his hair-line. His right eye remains closed because of it.
Upper Attire:
Auron is covered by a red coat that reaches past his knees and almost to his ankles. The edges of the coat are covered in thin white and blue straps. The sleeves of the coat are open wide. The coat has an extra sleeve to it, which is why Auron 'zips' the coat half-way. He usually puts his left arm on top of it, as a resting booth. He wears a shoulder pad on his left side, and it has a similar design like his sword. The pad is there to support Auron's arm when he puts it on the extra sleeve, which he always uses. Auron wears a blue and white belt on the outside of his coat, to keep it from 'dangling' out.
Underneath his coat, he wears a black sweater that he rolls up. It has a sort of 'metal plate' texture to it, although it provides no cover. He wears an extra collar on top of his coat as well. It's a mix of white and grey, and it's also strapped on by the shoulder pad and the inside of his coat.
Lower Attire:
Auron wears black, baggy pants. The ends of his pants are tucked into his shoes. They are also black, and it is 'tightened' by a metal plating. They almost look like boots. His red coat usually covers most of his lower body.
Accessories: None
Personality:
Auron is a very confusing person to deal with, if a person doesn't know who he is or what his history was like. At first glance, Auron appears to be a stoic person. There usually isn't any expression on his face, which makes it hard for a person to know what he is feeling. He does it intentionally, though. He keeps himself at bay from other people, so it makes him some-what isolated.
However, there are other sides to this guardian. There is one side of him that simply shows how arrogant he can be. Auron knows how to 'crawl' into people's skin. There are times where he can be thingyy, although it only shows during fights. It's more of a physological personaility, so that he can throw his opponents off their game.
Another side of him is more serious and intelligence. He takes his job as a guardian very serious. He knows when a fight becomes too dangerous for his 'cilents', even if he doesn't think so. Auron looks for alternate way to keep his cilents away from danger whenever possible. If there is no other way, than he would try to protect them the best that he could. After feeling going through so much in his past experiences, Auron knows what do to in situations that compromises with his personal safety and his cilent's 'job'.
However, one side that Auron never shows is his 'sadness' that is always in his mind. The guardian had gone through so much in his past life that could easily put a normal person into eternal stress. But Auron had learned how to keep it to himself, and so: He never tells anyone about it. It's his sense of pride that keeps him from telling anyone about his past, which makes it even harder for a person to get close to him.
Deep down, Auron is a very loyal person. But it is very hard to reach to that side of his personaility. He usually considers everyone that he meets or 'protects' assiocates or just simple allies. In his time in the under-world, Auron had forgotten what it felt like to trust another person. So he has very few 'friends'. The only people that he had ever trusted was the fellow guardians that he went with to protect a summoner in Spira, his old world. As well as the Keyblade Master.
If Auron ever considers a person his friend, then he acts some-what different. More of his 'human' personailities show up, unlike his typical stoic side. He isn't so tense and sometimes show signs of happiness. But like before: It's very hard to reach to this side of his personaility.
Weapon:
Masamune: Auron's primary weapon. It's not that big, as it only reaches up to Auron's chest when put vertical. The sword is some-what thick, but it isn't wide. The Masamune goes on Auron's back whenever he is not using it, and it's strapped on by a brown, almost thick line of cloth. The blade part is completely silver, and it has runes, or symbols, running through the middle. These runes are what give Auron's sword that 'fire' for his abilities, besides the Phoenix Fire. Before the handle, there is an extra part. It has a design to it, with a mix of brown and yellow to it. The handle part is the smallest part of the sword. It can be held with two hands, although Auron usually holds it with one hand.
Abilities:
Divider: Auron is in the air and slashes through any enemy that is in his way. It's sort of a 'berserker' attack, as he attacks without interupption. And, unless he is facing one enemy: Auron cannot control his movements. However, a person can find a way to stop the attack, if they are not worried about being cut-up.
Dragon Fang: Auron's sword becomes surrounded with fire, and he stabs his sword into the ground. The fire explodes, and spreads out like a wave. The fire can only reach to a diameter of his sword; In other words, if target is not in his sword's reaching range, then the move does not affect them. It's a simple move that Auron uses if there are too many enemies surrounding him.
Bansishing Blade: This move only affects one person. Auron throws an item towards the opponent, and his sword becomes surrounded with runes. These runes turned his sword into fire temporarily, as he bring his sword to the ground with force. The fire explodes, and hits the target that Auron aimed for. A person has the ability to dodge this move, but they usually have to re-act quickly.
Shooting Star: Auron gets into a stance that makes him step forward. He brings his sword back as he stomps onto the ground. If the enemy is close enough, or if the the enemy is charing at him: Auron slashes his sword with a powerful force. This move can paralyze simple enemies, like heartless or nobodies, if they are close enough. It can also affect a person, but it doesn't happen that often.
Tornado: Auron's ultimate attack. Small gusts goes around him, and then he spins his sword around him to make a small tornado. He aims it, and 'throw's the tornado's wind at his target. The opponent gets caught in the tornado and flies around inside it for a while. Then, Auron throws a certain 'item' into the tornado, causing the tornado become a fire-pillar. It damages anything that is inside the tornado. He can only aim it at one area, though. So, he can only get one person, or a group of heartless/nobodies that are tightly packed together.
Items:
Phoenix Fire: Auron's 'item' that he uses for some of his abilities. When thrown, fire will explode at first contact. The phoenix fire is tucked in a small bag that is under-neath the extra sleeve of his coat.
Summons: None
History:
Not much is known about Auron's old past. All that was known about him was that he came from a world known as Spira, and he was a guardian there. Being a 'Guardian' in Spira meant that you protected a summoner as he or she quested to gather all the summonings and 'vanqish' Sin, the monster of Spira. Auron was the guardian of a woman known as Yuna, who was a famed summoner in her own rights.
Auron had served with Yuna's family for two generations, as he also served with her father. They defeated Sin...but at a price. Yuna's father gave his own life to defeat Sin. He, and another guardian, tried to convince him to sotp, but he ended up sacificing himself. The other guardian had also died, leaving Auron by himself. Shortly after, Auron himself was killed....but he was brought back to life. He didn't know why, but he was brought back to life. It looked like he had one more purpose to fulfill before he could be put to rest....
The Guardian had found himself in Spira...only, it was the old history of it. When Spira flourished with technology that people could only imagine. There, he had met a young man, who turned out to be the son of the current Sin that ran rampant in the present Spira. He managed to save this man, named Tidus, and bring him to the current Spira. However, he was separated from Tidus, and ended up in a different part of the world...
After some time, Auron had found Tidus, where he was with Yuna and the other guardians. After feeling guilt for what happened to her father, Auron had joined Yuna, hoping that it would 'repent' himself. He traveled to the same places that her father went to, without ever uttering a word about it....The sorrow that he felt from it was too much.
Then, some-where along the journey, they ended up in the same place where Auron had begged his friend to stop his quest and find another way to defeat Sin. This was the first time that Auron had shown his frustation, as he tried to slash through the holograms that were presenting themselves at them. The group had already decided to find another way to defeat Sin, and they were prepared to defy everything 'logical' in the world to do so...
At last, they had defeated Sin, and the Summonings that would create the 'other Sin'. Now, the beast would never come back to Spira. Finally, Auron had fulfilled his original purpose. With this thought in his mind, Auron was finally able to rest. He said his final good-byes to the summoner, and to the other guardians as he faded away. He was expecting his after-life to be a blissful dream...
But that never happened.
When Auron first arrived at the under-world, he was unable to do anything. He couldn't move on his own....he had his own free-will taken away from him. Auron ended up as a mere soul for a fiend known as 'Hades'. Then, Auron had been summoned by Hades himself, trying to bring Auron to his side. When he refused Hade's offer, the Lord of the Dead snapped, and quickly try to do away with him.
That's when Auron met with the Keyblade Master. He had no idea why...but this young boy had almost reminded him of Tidus in his old world. Perhaps that is why he decided to 'protect' him and his allies in this under-world. Unable to defeat Hades, Auron forced The Keyblade Master, Sora, to retreat. They took a short break, and had introductions.
Sora, as he was called, was with two animal people named Donald and Goofy. They didn't tell Auron why there were here, but it didn't really matter to him. So long as they were against Hades, then he was alright with them. He helped them escape from Hade's clucthes and just before they had escaped; Hades had sent his three-headed dog, Cereberus at them.
Auron had 'forced' himself to stay behind, and handle the demon dog, while Sora and his friends escaped. He managed to survive against the dog....but Hades had caught up with him. With a furious blast, Auron had been knocked-out, and was captured by Hades once more. He didn't have the same choices that he had before....All there was left to do for him was to serve under Hade's rule.
He had no choice. Hades had managed to form a 'vodoo' form of Auron, and it managed to control Auron's will. Now, he had no other choice but to serve him. So long as he had that, then Auron could not do anything else.
Auron had ended up doing exactly what Hades wanted to do in the first place; fight Hercules to the death. And, due to a recent accident in the upper world, Hercules was not as strong as he use to be...making it easier for Auron to dispose of him.
It looked like Hades was going to have his wish come true. Auron was not able to control himself from attacking Hercules, as he slashed and cut at every possible chance he had. Just when it seem that Auron had no hope for himself; a particular boy had appeared. He was already in this tournament...but Auron wasn't expecting the boy to be so reckless with his safety.
None-the-less, due to Sora's intentions and actions: Auron was free from Hades' controlling grip. He was finally able to control his own will, and now: He could finally fight Hades. Hades had managed to sent Hercules away from the fight, causing Auron and Sora with his friends, to fight Hades alone. But it wasn't like last time; This time, Sora had an item with him that made his body immune to the darkness in the area. It was a fair fight, unlike last time...
Hercules had came back, and with his help: They defeated Hades and his plan to kill Hercules. Auron had once again, fulfilled his own purpose. As Sora and his company were celebrating their victory, Auron walked away. There was no need for words of praise for this forgotten warrior.
Some time had passed by, and Auron looked at the new building of the coliseum in the upper world. It was destroyed some time ago, but now: It was completely rebuilt. With a smirk on Auron's face, The guardian disappeared into the under-world, free to do whatever he pleases.
Auron was free to do whatever he wanted: Hades was defeated and he had his own free will back. There was no more need to stay in this world any longer. Auron could travel back to his old world of Spira, or possibly explore other places. Sure, he was just a mere 'soul', but because of Hades' deeds: He was personified and was able to move on his own.
He could of stayed in the under-world and finally have that blissful rest that he wanted...but after meeting with the Keyblade Master and his vitialty, The guardian had felt like there was a whole new reason for him to 'live' again. With this new state of mind in his head, Auron had set out to another world, leaving the eternal darkness known as the under-world, behind.
There were now endless posssibilities for him now...
