Zell turned his body, a grin growing on his face as he moved over the ridge of this hill. He’d been following this path for… ages now, and all because something that looked like a pig had told him to. He sighed, what was he doing? I mean… it was a pig… and one that at their first meeting had tried to hide from him behind the stump of an old tree. But Zell had somehow managed to get the poor thing to calm down and in return for being friendly, Zell had been given directions to something, a something that was a secret and Zell just had to wait and see. But now that he’d climbed over the hill, he saw the view beneath him
“Wow…” he blinked, jumping softly as his hands curled into fists, punching the air softly as he yelled out, “OHHHH YEAHHHHH!!” he jumped up before moving down the hill, somewhere that wasn’t giving him that odd feeling like all the other places. He felt safe here, although, he still wanted to know how the hell to get back home. Moving quickly down the hill, skidding down on the balls of his trainers, only to slip in the final stretch, falling back onto his rear, his legs bouncing slightly off the grass that lay beneath him.
Grinning, Zell laid down on the grass, his hands moving behind his head as he looked up into the clear blue sky, the almost perfect white clouds that dotted the sky above. The soft breeze that brushed past him, that pure air coursing through his system. It was all… just so relaxing. He stretched out slightly his gloved hands flopping down next to him. He’d been here… a while now, and he hadn’t found one person that he knew, but he had learnt a bit about this place, even met a few people that knew the finer details… one of which was why was Zell brought here.
“It only brings those that it knows will make a difference…” he muttered softly, “What the hell does that mean!?” He sighed out, groaning as his mind filled with the words from that old man, “It makes no sense at all! What difference can I make on my own?” Tilting his head, biting his lip as he sighed, he wasn’t completely on his own, he did have Diablos. Closing his eyes, thinking of the only GF he had junctioned when he had fallen asleep on that train, and now, he was glad that he’d listened to Quistis.
His mind drew on the image of the life stealer, the pure power that the creature had, and to think, Zell had managed to sync perfectly with the GF that was almost the opposite to him, dark, evil and intimidating.
“At least I have one friend here , yeh?” his smile returned to his lips as he closed his eyes, his hand moving to his pocket, pulling out the small coupon. It was his only real link back to his world, which proved that he hadn’t been dreaming about it all, that Selphie, Irvine even Seifer weren’t all just made up.
“I swear it! If you guys aren’t there when I get back I’ll kill you all!! Ya know!?”
